5 Professors Elected Members of MOE’s 2nd Social Sciences Committee

The 4th conference of the Social Sciences Committee of Ministry of Education has recently revised and passed the new Charter of Social Sciences Committee of Ministry of Education and made some changing appointment. Five SYSU professors have been elected members of the 2nd Social Sciences Committee: Professor Li Ping (Marxist Theory Division), Professor Ju Shier (Philosophy Division), Professor Sang Bin (History Division), Professor Wang Lefu (Management Division) and Professor Zheng Peiyu (Comprehensive Research Division).

Established in 2004, the Social Sciences Committee of Ministry of Education is a top consulting institution sanctioned by the Ministry of Education for providing guidelines for philosophy and social sciences disciplines of higher education institutions nationwide. Its secretariat is based at the Social Sciences Department of Ministry of Education.
