Deputy Secretary Li Ping Conveyed Her Greetings to Demersay, Dean of Sino-French Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology

Before the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, Deputy Secretary Li Ping came to Zhuhai Campus on September 20th and visited Mr. and Mr. Demersay as well as their five children on behalf of Xu Ningsheng, President of Sun Yat-sen University. She presented fruit baskets and moon cakes, the traditional gifts for Mid-Autumn Day, to the couple and little lanterns to their children. She also dressed the children up in Panda T-shirts. Laughter could be heard in the house from time to time. What a sweet moment!

Deputy Secretary Li Ping kindly asked Mr. Demersay about his work and life in SYSU. She expressed that the university would try its best to solve their difficulties in daily life, and wished them a happy and healthy life. Mr. Demersay and his wife thanked the university officials for their care, and each of the children showed their gratitude by reciting children’s songs in Chinese.

Yang Peiqing, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department, also joined in the activities.
