Unveiling “The home of care and share”

"The home of care and share” is a commonweal bookstore founded spontaneously by students. All the books are used books donated by faculty, staff and students, and it has received 2,500 books during Phase I. Currently, “The home of care and share” is operated and managed by Yanxing Mutual Foundation. The bookstore sells second hand books to students at 10% to 30% of the original price, and the proceeds from the sale of books will be used to support commonweal activities inside and outside the University. The bookstore has received support from other public welfare associations and organizations, and is jointly built with other associations and organizations. Meanwhile, the bookstore also accepts application for public welfare assistance from individual students and commonweal organizations so as to achieve the purpose of “care and share”. The bookstore is aimed to recycle used books, spread the idea of love, help others and help each other.
