In the morning on October 30, an 8-member delegation led by Mr. Zhu Hong, Vice Governor of Jiangxi Province, visited Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), accompanied by Prof. Chen Chunsheng, Executive Deputy Secretary and Vice President of SYSU, and Ms. Long Guangyan, Vice Mayor of Zhuhai.

Prof. Chen Chunsheng introduced the history, development, key disciplines and student employment of Zhuhai Campus to the guests. Mr. Zhu Hong highly praised the talent cultivation model and the international joint school-running mode of SYSU.

The delegates also visited Sino-French Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology (IFCEN) and its labs: Laboratory of Nuclear Physics, Multi-phase Flow and Microfluidics Laboratory, Nuclear Electronics Laboratory, and Nuclear Environment Monitoring and Emergency System Laboratory. They listened to the introduction of the school-running philosophy and R&D center made by Prof. Wang Biao, Chinese Dean of IFCEN, and inquired about the student employment, environment monitoring project and the cooperation with local governments.
