SYSU team gained good results in the First National Colleges and Universities “Voice of Campus” Singing Competition

At the final of the First National Colleges and Universities “Voice of Campus” Singing Competition held in Shanghai on April 11, 2015, Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) team won “Excellent Organizer Award”, “Excellent Tutor Award” and “Top Ten Original Campus Songs Award”.

With Ms. Zhou Li from the Arts Education Center acting as the tutor, the SYSU team, consisting of five students (Feng Junyi from School of Information Management, Fan Feiyun from School of Geography and Planning, Xu Fengda from School of International Studies, Ran Binxue from School of Public Health and Tang Yan from School of Law), won the first place in Guangdong province and the fourth place in South China regional competition. “Moonlight under the Roof” created by Xu Fengda won “Top Ten Original Campus Songs Award” in the national final.

Launched in September 2014, the First National Colleges and Universities “Voice of Campus” Singing Competition attracted participants from 626 colleges and universities nationwide. A total of 7,728 songs and 323 original songs were performed in the competition.
