On the afternoon of November 13, Mo Daliu, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee, led a team to visit SYSU for Assigned Graduates recruitment and exchange activities. Zhu Kongjun, Deputy Secretary of SYSU Party Committee, met with Deputy Director Mo Daliu. After the meeting, Deputy Director Mo Daliu explained Guangxi’s talent introduction policies to over 150 graduates and answered their questions.

During the meeting with Deputy Secretary Zhu Kongjun, Deputy Director Mo Daliu said that Guangxi attaches great importance to selecting a group of outstanding graduates from SYSU to join the team of Assigned Graduates in Guangxi. SYSU graduates play an important part in Guangxi’s economic construction and social development. Deputy Secretary Zhu Kongjun introduced the basic situation of SYSU and the long-standing friendship between SYSU and Guangxi, emphasizing that SYSU encourages its graduates to work in grass-roots units in Guangxi, and Guangxi was the first choice for SYSU Graduate Voluntary Teaching Team. He hoped that Guangxi would recruit more excellent graduates from SYSU to serve the regional construction of Guangxi.

In a symposium with the students, Deputy Director Mo Daliu introduced the situation of Guangxi’s economic development and cultural construction, with emphasis on Guangxi’s Assigned Graduates policy and its expectation for SYSU students. Two former assigned graduates gave a vivid description of their work and life in Guangxi.

Relevant personnel from the Civil Service Administrative Office of the Organization Department of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee and directors of SYSU Career Development Counseling Center were also present at the activities.
