On the morning of May 25, Secretary Zheng Detao visited SYSU Cancer Center and investigated the talents introduction work of it. Managing Vice Dean Liao Zhener, Vice Dean Xu Ruehua, Vice Secretary Peng Wangqing of SYSU Cancer Center, and representatives of the introduced talents of Cancer Center, such as Professor Liu Qiang, Director Zhou Fangjian and Professor Kang Tiebang, altogether more than ten people attended the symposium.

On behalf of the team, Vice Secretary Peng Wangqing reported the overview of talents introduction work of Cancer Canter, the achievements of talents introduction and also the existing problems and confusions to Secretary Zheng. Combining their own experience and understanding, the introduced talents, such as Professor Liu Qiang, Director Zhou Fangjian and Professor Kang Tiebang, opened their minds and spoke out freely, giving Secretary Zheng Detao some advice on strengthening and perfecting talents work at the school level.

Secretary Zheng Detao stated that completing the talents introduction work was of great significance to promoting the development of the hospital and our university. Next our university was going to start from work mechanism and other aspects, so as to enhance the attention and supports given to the talents after the introduction.
