From May 11 to 13, the final of the 3^rd Chinese Medical University Students Annual Clinical Skills Competition was held in Peking University People’s Hospital, and the competition was organized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, prepared by the Clinical Research Center of the Ministry of Education. The Minister of Education Yuan Guiren, Secretary of Party Committee of the Ministry of Health Zhang Mao attended the opening ceremony of the competition and delivered speeches. After two days’ fierce competition, SYSU ranked the first again after winning the special award in 2011. SYSU Secretary Zheng Detao and President Xu Ningsheng also delivered their congratulatory messages to the outstanding results achieved by the SYSU representative team and encouraged our teachers and students to continue to make efforts to build SYSU a world’s first class university. Executive deputy secretary and Vice-president Chen Chunsheng attended the competition and inspired our representative team.
