On September 17, 2015, a four-member delegation led by Dr. Jyh-Yang Wu, President of Chung Cheng University (CCU) in Taiwan, visited Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU). Prof. Luo Jun, President of SYSU, met with the guests in Zhongshan Building on South Campus. Leaders from School of Data and Computer Science, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Graduate School and Office for Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan Affairs of SYSU also attended the meeting.

Prof. Luo Jun extended a warm welcome to Dr. Jyh-Yang Wu and introduced SYSU’s development. He hoped that Dr Wu’s visit would promote the understanding and deepen the cooperation between the two universities.
Dr. Jyh-Yang Wu said that he was happy to visit SYSU, and he hoped that the two universities would expand the fields of cooperation on the basis of university level student exchanges.
After the meeting, Prof. Luo Jun and Dr. Jyh-Yang Wu signed the renewal of the visiting student agreement between SYSU and CCU.
