Two counselors of the French Embassy in China visit SYSU

On November 17, 2015, Mr. Robert Lacombe, the Counselor for Cultural and Educational Cooperation of the French Embassy in China, visited Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU). Prof. Ma Jun, Vice President of SYSU, met with the guest. Both parties discussed how to promote the cooperation and exchange between SYSU and French universities. Ms. Gu Wenli, Deputy Director of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange of SYSU, was also present at the meeting.

On November 19, 2015, Mr. Pierre Lemonde, the Scientific Counselor of the French Embassy in China, visited SYSU. Ms. Dong Meiling, Deputy Director of Office of Scientific Research, and Prof. Yin Kedong, Deputy Director of South China Sea Resource Exploitation and Protection Collaborative Innovation Center, met with the guest. The two sides discussed the present status of Sino-French cooperation in science and technology at SYSU and the prospects for future cooperation.
