During the four-day meeting, Prof. Yifang WANG, the spokesperson of JUNO Collaboration and Director of IHEP, introduced the recent progress of the project and put forward requirements for the next stage. Prof. Xiaonan LI talked about the progress and schedule of the on-site civil construction. All session conveners and collaborators reported the design of detector, results of preliminary study and future plans. In the meeting, we established the project management sector, divided the tasks and identified the corresponding representatives, set up the preliminary workload in each institution and the preliminary schedule of the whole experiment. Prof. Wei WANG from SYSU was selected as one of the three conveners in the PMT testing sector.

The meeting approved the application for membership of the JUNO Collaboration from Yerevan Physics Institute (Armenia), Chongqing University (China), Xiamen University (China), University Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and University of Maryland (USA). In addition, famous physics institutes and universities came to the JUNO Collaboration Meeting as observers, including Max-Planck-Institute for Physics (Germany), Pontifical Catholic University of  Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Institute of High Energy Physics of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (Austria), University of Jyvaskyla (Finland), and Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Chile). The meeting selected the official logo for the JUNO Collaboration and decided to have the next collaboration meeting at IHEP in China on July 13-17, 2015.
