School of Business Holds Forum Pooling Ideas for Financial Crisis
In line with the learning and implementation of The Scientific Development Concept activities in SYSU, School of Business held the Pearl Rive Delta Public Forum Tour to help the enterprises to get through the financial crisis. On the afternoon of 24 June, the first stop of the tour was anchored in Zhongshan. Mr. Mo Shaokun, Asia-Pacific strategic management expert and lecturer with the EMBA programme of School of Business lectured with the theme of “Management of Transformation: when the iceberg is melting”, giving advice to the entrepreneurs in Zhongshan of how to transform their enterprises in a scientific and efficient way. Xu Yong, vice-dean of School of Business, officials from related administrative offices in Zhongshan and nearly 200 entrepreneurs of Zhongshan attended the forum.
Reportedly, the Pearl Rive Delta Public Forum Tour, organized by School of Business, focuses on the theme of “Learning and Practice, Innovation and Training, Cooperation and Development”, and establishes a platform for the entrepreneurs in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Foshan and Huizhou to implement the scientific development and exchange their managerial experiences.
