MBA Projects and EMBA Projects of the School of Business of SYSU authenticated by AMBA

Recently the School of Busines shad received the formal notification letter from the association of MBAs of UK, stating that through the onsite review of the committee of AMBA and meticulous evaluation of the AMBA Certification Committee for nearly two months, they confirmed that the full-time MBA projects, MBA projects, and working EMBA-service projects of School of Businessof SYSU, had met the requirements for the AMBA international certification, and therefore determined to grant the aforementioned projects of AMBA international certification. To date, the School of Businesshas become the 161st member of AMBA accreditation organization in 72countries of the world and will work with a number of world’s top tier business schools teaching the same mechanism and teaching standards, mutually recognizing credits. During the process of the authentication, President Huang Daren and the Deputy-president Li Mengfeng met the delegation of the AMBA, with Dean Li Xinchun of the School of Businessand other leaders participating in the evaluation process.

Founded in 1967, the AMBA certification is an authority authentication system targeting the MBA of the Business School with its members covering 161 top tier universities from 71 countries of the world, including the Business Schools from Oxford and Cambridge. Judges of the AMBA commented that during the whole process, the SYSU‘s Institute of Management had demonstrated its strength, confidence and vitality through out the entire process of authentication.
