Recently, the election results for “2010 National University Instructor of the Year” were announced, which was instructed by Department of Ideological and Political Work under the Ministry of Education, hosted by The Research Seminar of National University Instructors, China Education Daily and China Educational Television, and supported by Xinhua Net through the Internet. Ms Lin Xin, the instructor of School of Politics and Public Affair was honored as “2010 National University Instructor of the Year” (10 people in total throughout the country).

Lin Xin’s career as a university instructor began in July, 2005. She became the instructor for undergraduate as well as graduate students in School of Politics and Public Affair in 2010. During 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, Lin Xin worked as a Spectator Services assistant manager for American football and soccer and guided 519 volunteers to fulfill their tasks in 78 Asian Games matches during 12 days. Lin Xin herself was awarded the title of “Excellent Volunteers of 16th Guangzhou Asian Games” by her outstanding performance.
