Recently, Prof. Cheng Shouzhen, Director of Nursing Department of The First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University (FAH-SYSU), has been awarded the Florence Nightingale Medal. It recognizes her exceptional courage and devotion to victims of natural disaster, and exemplary service in the areas of public health or nursing education.
