On July 11, the last round of interview and award ceremony of the Price Water House Coopers Award of Excellence was held. Ten students who major in accounting from Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Xiamen University and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law participated in the heated competition held in PWC Zhongtian Accounting Firm, Guangzhou Branch. At the end, Huang Junyi, student from School of Management of SYSU, Grade 2009, was awarded the first prize. This was the second time SYSU student have won the first prize since Wu Jiaming’s success last year.

It is known that PWC Accounting Award of Excellence (used to be known as Rong Yongdao Accounting Award of Excellence) is set up especially for outstanding university students who major in accounting in mainland China and Hong Kong. The purpose is to encourage accounting majors to pursue excellent performance.
