Reference of SYSU Admission Last Year—Top 11000 of Science Students, Top 2700 of Liberal Arts Students

Yesterday, Long Bo, Director of the Admission Office of SYSU, joined the New Express QQ group (77255265) of the senior high school parents and gave them advice on applying for SYSU, which kicked off the New Express serial activities of “Chatting about applications on QQ--- directors in charge of college enrollment from a dozen of colleges of Guangdong teach you how to fill in the application form.” This year, SYSU plans to enroll 8000 students nationwide (proportion of liberal arts and science students is 3:7), and the number of Guangdong candidates is around 4200. Meanwhile, this year some of the SYSU majors pioneer to enroll students in big categories, with the admission majors condensed into 67 ones.

Long Bo said that the lowest ranking student that SYSU enrolled in Guangdong Province last year was: around top 11000 of the science students, around top 2700 of liberal arts students, “but this is just the case of last year, students can use it as reference this year, do not stick to it mechanically.”

June 26 is SYSU Campus Open Day

On June 26, SYSU is going to hold a campus open day in South Campus (No. 135 Xing Gang West Road), and all the schools and departments will send professionals to give consultation.
