On the morning of Sep. 25, SYSU opening ceremony for the first masters of Social Work took place officially at the south campus. Professor Cai He, President of School of Sociology & Anthropology as well as Director of MSW Education Center and professor Li Ruojian, the vice president, together with all the 2010 new masters of Social Work, attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Professor Cai and professor He Liping, vice Director of MSW Education Center, delivered their great expectations and sincere wishes to the students. Later, Liu Hongjiang, the representative for all the 2010 new masters of Social Work, expressed his deep love for SYSU and strong resolution to study hard and practise actively. Finally, the opening ceremony for the first masters of Social Work concluded satisfactorily in warm applauses.

The leaders and teachers reposed much hope for the first masters of Social Work on this opening ceremony. They will adhere to the professional value of “People foremost; helping people helping themselves; fair and square”. They will open up their dreams and sail into a bright future!
