2011 New Faculty and Staff has Finished the Arrival Registration in the Main Campus of Sun Yat-sen University

Registration of 2011 new faculty and staff was held in Huaishi Hall in the South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University on the morning of July 5th. Over 100 new employees enjoyed the services of coordinated process and successfully completed all the registration and employment procedure. It is the first year that Sun Yat-sen University handles all the arrival registration with the aid of the Application Creation Service, Integrated Arrival&Departure Procedure for Faculty and Staff’in the SYSU Administrative Affairs and Personnel Management System, which has greatly increased the efficiency of arrival registration, brought great convinience to all the faculty and staff and improved the standard and quality of services. Later on, the university will arrange various activities including pre-post trainings,learning exchanges, which willhelp new faculty and staff know more about the glorious history of Sun Yat-sen University, understand its current situation and future development, learn relevant rules and regulations and adapt to new working environment as soon as possible.

It is reported, since 2002, based on characteristics of subjects in main campus and demands of practical work, Sun Yat-sen University has been providing the services of coordinated process to which are organized by Department of Personnel and assisted by other functional departments including Office of Finance and State-owned Assets Management, Library, Security Office, Real Estate Management Office, University Labor Union and University Hospital for newly-registered faculty and staff. These departments have been working in joint efforts to help new employees with their arrival registration and adaptation to new environment at the earliest stage.
