On the morning of March 27, the Alumni Association and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature held the 2011 “Flowers Ocean in May” series activities—Forum of the Grade 87 alumni, namely “A Bond with SYSU, An Interaction with alumni” on the first floor lecture hall of the Chinese Language and Literature Department building. Undergraduates in South Campus and part of graduates were present at the activity.

With their own experience, the alumni answered the questions in wit. The atmosphere of the forum was sound and joyful. Tremendous applauses and laughter burst out from time to time. At the end of the activity, Qiu Guoxin, secretary of the Chinese Language and Literature Department Party Committee, and Li Wei who was on behalf of the director both have delivered passionate speeches. The alumni took photos with teachers and students.
