In order to respond to the call of the Provincial Party Committee to build “Happy Guangdong”, as well as to promote the nationwide fitness program in our university, improve the physical and mental health of all faculty members, and create a harmonious and positive campus atmosphere, the Physical Education and Sports Committee and the Trade Union Committee of SYSU co-organized the 2011 “Happy Guangdong, Healthy SYSU” Spring school-around long-distance running and faculty relay race. The long-distance running was held respectively in South Campus, Zhuhai Campus, East Campus and North Campus on March 18, 24, 25 and April 2.
