Social Science Edition of Journal of Sun Yat-sen University full text reprints ranked No.1 in 2010 Replicated Journals. This was the best result ever since it ranked No.2 in the nation in 2008, which exactly showed the academic influence of the journal has been increasing.

In the ranking of 2010 Replicated Journals, newly published by Renmin University of China academic achievement evaluation research center in humanities and social science, it showed 47 articles from Journal of Sun Yat-sen University were full text reprinted, which made it rank No.1 among 1150 academic journals in China. The comprehensive index reached 0.908129 and ranked No.2 in the nation. The reprinting rate was 35.34% and ranked No.3. The national top 10 full text reprinted journals (Social Science Edition) are Journal of Sun Yat-sen University, Journal of Tsinghua University, Journal of Peking University, Journal of Zhejiang University, Journal of Remin University of China, Fudan Journal, Journal of Zhengzhou University, Journal of Nanjing University, Journal of Shanghai Normal University and Journal of Henan Normal University.
