Xu Dongli, the Secretary General of the Alumni Association and other officers from the association visited Hong Kong on the March 18^th and paid an official visit to United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia (UBCHEA), Development & Alumni Affairs Office and Office of Institutional Advancement of Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The major purpose of this visit was to learn from the counterparts in Hong Kong about their professional, expertised and international alumni work.

Mr Zheng Wenshan, the Vice President of UBCHEA and Ms Yu Luowen, the Senior Officer exchanged thoughts about fund raising and fund operation with Secretary General Xu Dongli and the group.

Yang Ruhong, Director of the Alumni in CUHK, and Zhou Yaohui, Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement, introduced the alumni affairs to General Secretary Xu Dongli and the group, and also shared the experience and former practice concerning with organizing alumni activities, contacting the alumni and transferring messages about their alma mater with the group. Meanwhile, Secretary General Xu Dongli illustrated the progress and the practice of alumni affairs in Sun Yat-sen University. The attendants of the meeting also exchanged and shared their opinions on different subjects and issues.
