Recently, in the list of “The First Batch of National High Quality Nursing Demonstration Wards” released by Ministry of Health and the Health Department of General Logistics Department, the First Affiliated Hospital Bone Tumor-Spinal Surgery Ward was nominated.
The selection of “National High Quality Nursing Demonstration Wards” is based on “General Office of Ministry of Health on the Recommendation of High Quality Nursing Demonstration Wards Notification”. They were selected by complete examination and evaluation, assessment and recommendation as well as public notification. The first batch of the list announced 123 high quality demonstration wards nationwide and there were 6 in Guangdong Province. The First Affiliated Hospital Bone Tumor-Spinal Surgery Ward was the only shortlisted demonstration ward of Sun Yat-sen University affiliated hospitals.
