At 5 pm, Sep. 25, the much-awaited flea market finally opened with the rise of a peddling pitch on the little square before a canteen of the north campus. It is planned by the secretariat of 08 student union and undertaken by the ten classes of 08 clinics major.
In light of mutual benefit, the flea market provides a platform which not only enables some students to pick up what they need at a low price, but also helps other students to undersell the things they do not need anymore. Thus, resources are made full use of and both the sellers and buyers gained what they need.
The goods on sale on the flea market, mainly books, also include some articles for study or daily use. Most of the goods are collected from students by the classes, and others are wholesaled selectively. Although it rained a while ago, the flea market still attracted a lot of students. Moreover, some pitchmen, strolling among the people, actively introduce the flea market and recommend goods for the students. It is like a busy street scene.
