Lingnan College at Sun Yat-sen University welcomed the EMBA study tour group from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany, from April 10 to 17, 2016. Lingnan College organized a series of lectures, company visits, and cultural visits for the participants, enabling them to gain in-depth learning experience in China.

The lectures covered Geopolitics, The Legal Environment in China, Corporate Valuation, International Finance, Understanding Chinese Culture and Its Implications on Management, Understanding Consumers from a Culture Perspective and Global Strategy, delivered by 7 senior professors of Lingnan College. During the class, students studied cases, raised questions and held group discussions together with the professors and Chinese MBA students. Combined with theories, they had a deeper understanding of Chinese geopolitics, management style, marketing style, financial environment and legal conditions.

In addition to lectures and company visits, a welcome dinner, Canton Tower sightseeing and Pearl River Cruise were also organized to further enrich their China cultural experience.
