Recently, the Sino-French Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology (IFCEN) at Sun Yat-sen University successfully obtained the EUR-ACE (EURopean ACcredited Engineer) certificate. It gives IFCEN verification of high quality engineering education which meets the quality standards set by the engineering profession, and it also means IFCEN's qualified graduates meet the high European and international standards and are recognised by employers in Europe.
