At half past nine P.M., 26 November, as the final whistle blew, China Men’s Volleyball Team defeated India Men’s Volleyball’s Team, ranking the fifth in the 16th Guangzhou Asian Games. This is the last game in SYSU stadium during the Asian Games; it has successfully accomplished its tasks.

The SYSU stadium has held 38 races since 13, November. Teams from 18 countries and region came to the stadium for competition. Together with these teams, more than 100 thousand audiences and 200 reporters came to the stadium. Every time when there is game of Chinese teams, the 4000 places in the stadium will be packed, people come to yell for the teams of China.
A team of 800 workers performed their duty during the race days. They all made great contributions in their own position. They fulfilled their promises. Secretary of CPC Zheng Detao and President Huang Daren of SYSU cared about the progress of the games in the stadium and extended their regards to the staff.

The 16th Guangzhou Asian Games has successfully finished while the Asian Para Games Mission is under preparation. On the afternoon of November 26, a meeting was held among the director of the stadium for the preparation of the Asian Para Games. Boccia will be held in SYSU stadium during the Asian Para Games in the middle of December. According to the characteristics of the disabled sports man, the staff has simulated the operation for many times.
