A delegation of 16 people from the Ministry of Education of Vietnam visited Sun Yat-sen University on the morning of 14 May. Chen Chunsheng, deputy University President greeted the visitors. Qi Xiaoping, head of Student Affairs Office, Dong Ling, head of Management Section of Graduate School, Li Mingzhang, head of Career Development Counseling Center, Li Hua, head of Mental Health Education & Counseling Center, Chen Xi, vice secretary of SYSU Youth Association, and vice head of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, presiding staff of related administrative offices introduced the application of modern information technology in the management of student affairs, management of foreign students, career development counseling and employment of graduates, and admission of students CCP Party member. Both sides discussed issues regarding student affairs management, and expressed intentions of further cooperation.
