Guangzhou, December 6, 2009 (Guangzhou Daily): Recently, the launching of the English training system for the Asian Games took place at SYSU. Xu Ruisheng, Deputy-mayor of Guangzhou and Deputy General Secretary of Administrative of Asian Games organizing committee were present at the ceremony and addressed , marking the start off of the English literacy training for the Asian Games. the system is organized by the sponsors of Asian Games, EF education and Frontop Digital, each responsible for the content of the courseware design and website design respectively.

The reporter learned from English works show “Fluent English Harmony Sky” sponsored jointly by China Southern Airline and Lion Nathan Education that China Southern Airline had taken the lead launching the English training of a great scale in history by offering training to 7000 China Southern Airline employees within a year to enable all the crew members to conduct cabin broadcast in English fluently and accurately.
