Recently, Boxue MBA Alumni Association of the School of Continuing Education of Sun Yat-sen University held the "Golden Age" 2010 annual feast party in the Chime Long Hotel. It is reported that more than 1,300 alumni attended the evening event, bid for teddy bears competitively and raised donations spontaneously, had raised a total donation of more than 500,000 Yuan, and it will be used for the rural drinking water transformation projects in Qinkou Village, Zijin County, HeyuanCity next year. It is learned that, SunYat-senUniversity erudite MBA homecoming was set up in 2006, this was their fourth annual meeting. For the past four years, the homecoming has always adhered to the, helping poor children in mountainous areas, and organizing alumni’s companies to come to SunYat-senUniversity to hold job fairs.

It is reported that earlier this year, the alumni association had also raised two million Yuan in grants, to give one on one assistance to the children from poor families in Beihai, Guangxi.
