Guangzhou South Campus, as SYSU’s oldest campus, is brimming with historical sites that reflect the rich history of the university.

Guangzhou North Capmus
Guangzhou North Campus has a rich history in medical education and abundant medical resources. It was formerly the earliest Western medical university in China.

Guangzhou East Campus
Guangzhou East Campus was brought into operation in 2004 as part of the construction project named Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center at the beginning of this century. At present, the Campus has 13 schools and 5 research platforms, and is home to 15,000 students every year.

Zhuhai Campus
Zhuhai Campus is the largest campus of SYSU. Located by the sea, Zhuhai Campus boasts cutting-edge research in marine and environmental science, with graceful surroundings and advanced research and teaching facilities.

Shenzhen Campus
Shenzhen Campus, a new campus of SYSU, was completed in 2023, with a strong focus on the development of emerging fields in engineering and medicine. The design of Shenzhen Campus incorporates traditional Chinese culture and the traditions of SYSU, as well as regional characteristics and modern technologies.
