As of September 30, 2024, SYSU has signed 72 bilateral agreements on exchanges and cooperation with overseas universities. Over the past three years, 239 students have been sent abroad and 94 students have been accepted for exchanges and study, respectively. Our partner universities are located in countries and regions including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Norway, Russia, Denmark, the United States, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. The exchange students are majored in foreign languages, economics and management, finance, philosophy, international relations, communication studies, arts, nursing, computer science, biotechnology, and other specialties.
