On January 19-22, 2016, the delegation led by Prof. Jeremy Bagg, Head of University of Glasgow Dental School, visited the Hospital of Stomatology of Sun Yat-sen University, and gave lectures for the series “Face to Face with Overseas Masters”. Prof. Li Xiangzhi, Party Secretary of the Hospital of Stomatology, Prof. Cheng Bin, Executive Deputy Dean of the Hospital, and Prof. Lin Huancai, Deputy Dean of the Hospital, met with the guests, and attended the lectures with over a hundred faculty and students.

Prof. Jeremy Bagg is a core member of promoting undergraduate student exchange program and research cooperation program between the two institutions. This visit was aimed to have in-depth discussions on a new round of collaborations.
The fifth lecture of “Face to Face with Overseas Masters”
Prof. Jeremy Bagg, Prof. Lorna Macpherson and Prof. Gordon Ramage gave lectures respectively entitled “Greetings from Glasgow - the Bridge Building Continues”, "Improving Child Oral Health and Potential Utility of Child Cohort Studies”, and “Microbial Cities in the Oral Cavity - Inter Kingdom Interactions”, as part of the fifth lecture of the series “Face to Face with Overseas Masters” at Hospital of Stomatology. The lectures were welcomed by the faculty and students.
